What are the Classic, Modern and Minimal CV styles?

Classic

Single-column layout with gold section rules and uppercase headings. Clean and traditional — works for any industry.

Modern

Two-column layout with a dark navy sidebar containing contact details, skills and education. Teal section headings in the main column. Ideal for tech, creative and professional services roles.

Minimal

Single column with a large serif name, bold short underlines and maximum whitespace. Understated and elegant — works especially well for senior and executive roles.

💡 If you're unsure, Classic is the safest choice. Modern stands out but works best on screen — some ATS systems struggle with two-column PDFs.
