After signing up or purchasing a plan, you'll receive an email with the subject "Your CVShortlist account is ready". If you haven't received it:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search for emails from cvshortlist.com
- Wait 2–3 minutes — it can occasionally be delayed
If you still haven't received it after 5 minutes, submit a support ticket and we'll resend it manually.
💡 Gmail and Outlook sometimes filter automated emails. Add support@cvshortlist.com to your contacts to prevent this in future.
