- About — 280–320 words, written in first person, keyword-optimised
- Current Role Description — 3–5 bullet points for your most recent position

How to add these to LinkedIn
- Headline: Edit Profile → click your headline → paste and save
- About: Edit Profile → About section → paste and save
- Current Role: Edit Profile → Experience → your current role → Description field
- Skills: Edit Profile → Skills → Add skill → type and add each one
